 1 ICECREAM


Hello everyone 

So i had always searched the web for two minute recipes and i always didn't get what i expected. So i said to my self "i'm gonna make a two minute recipe for myself without any one's help and i successfully made a two minute ice cream. Enjoy my recipe below


TWO MINUTE ICE-CREAM 
INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:
1. 600ml of pure cream milk


2 .100ml of condensed milk





3. An electric cake mixer or an electric whisk 





Procedures;
1. open your pure cream milk and pour into a bowl.
2.Add any flavor of your choice(If u don't want flavor, skip this step)
3. whisk it till it becomes very thick. Make sure not to whisk after milk has become thick.
4. Add your condensed milk and mix evenly with a spatula or wooden spoon
5. Finally refrigerate for at least 12 hours to achiee maximum results

2 Chaffles 

  • Chaffles are low-carb waffles, but they can be used in so many ways. You can change the texture by adding some almond or coconut flour, turn them into sandwiches, modify them into a dessert, change the flavor by using different cheese, etc. This is a basic chaffle, and it's delicious for breakfast with a pat of butter and drizzle of sugar-free syrup.

  • Preheat a waffle maker.

  • Whisk egg in a small bowl and stir in mozzarella cheese.

  • Pour 1/2 of the batter onto the preheated waffle maker, spreading it out from the center with a spoon. Close the waffle maker and cook until the steaming stops and the chaffle is well browned, about 3 minutes. Don't overcook, as that will make it chewy. Repeat process with remaining batter.



Cook's Note:I use the Dash(R) Mini Waffle Maker for making chaffles (very inexpensive).
